Biography
Maia Seturi graduated with honours from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 1987 and earned a PhD in Economic Sciences in 1994. From 1997 to 2000, she was a recipient of a scholarship awarded by the President of Georgia.
She is an Associate Professor in the Marketing Department at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Tbilisi, Georgia. She has authored more than 70 scholarly publications, developed several lecture courses, and co authored textbooks.
Her research interests include marketing management, sales management, international marketing, marketing in tourism and hospitality, and brand management. She is also one of the founders of the Marketing Research Center at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
