Biography
Florentine Paudel (Dr., B.Ed., BSc, MSc) is a faculty member at the University College of Teacher Education Vienna (PH Wien), where she has worked since 2020. Her teaching and professional focus is on inclusive education, inclusive didactics, and educational diagnostics, with further expertise in literacy development (written language acquisition) and logopedagogy (speech and language related pedagogy).
She completed a doctoral degree in Educational Science (University of Vienna, 2021), holds an MSc in Education and Logopedagogy (2016), and earned degrees in Psychology and Primary Teacher Education. She also has additional qualifications including Montessori pedagogy, dyslexia therapy, and gifted education coaching.
Before joining PH Wien, she worked as a research associate in Inclusive Education at the University of Vienna (2017–2020), and previously as a primary school teacher, including support and special education roles.
