Rezumat: Marketing is not free. Companies give a lot of money on advertising, brochures, exhibitions, various events and the like. In most cases, but they do not know their real impact on profit. The content of my contribution is to point out how important is feedback and use economic indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing communications.
