Abstract: The excitatory and inhibitory synaptic links of the retinal neurons form a mechanism for linear filtration of the visual signal. Synaptic gradient potentials on the dendrites of neurons in the visual cortex control the traffic of postsynaptic action potential, which is modelled by commuting the logical network. The cascade combination of presynaptic inhibitions in the local parts of the central nervous system is represented by a multilocal filter corresponding to an artificial neuron with threshold activation and a structural vector expressed by the Fibonacci series.
