Abstract: This study presents the results of the positive feedback influence on students’ motivation and involvement. Studying teachers perceptions about the effect that positive feedback has on the learning involvement and motivation of students, is the purpose of this research. A significant part of it is focused to studying feedback in general, as well as positive feedback and how it should be presented. The main objective of the study was to investigate whether or not there is a statistical significance correlation between the providing of positive feedback during educational activities and the motivation displayed by students. The analysis has demonstrated that feedback from teachers is significant to students' motivation and involvement.
