Abstract: The article examines the essential connection between communication and innovation in Bulgarian business. Based on a survey of 300 managers and owners of companies that implement innovations. Conclusions were made related to the perception of the communication aspect of innovation processes and activities, resulting in creating a communication model to facilitate the perception of innovation by visualizing the links between stakeholders, the organization, its environment and interactive communications.
